Standard Features
-
- 10' Wide
- Deck and beavertail are 10’ wide
-
- Weight Capacity
- Four-rail, high strength flanges and webs with 10" I-beams set at 24" o.c. Crossmembers under 2.5" and fir planking will support a 50 ton load uniformly distributed over 15'.
-
- Chain Tie-Down Pockets
- Large sturdy pockets are located along each side, providing a location for tying down the load
-
- Enclosed Neck
- The area between the main rails at the neck is enclosed with a staircase leading from the main deck up to the neck area, providing safe access to the king pin area for both the fixed and flip-over sections
-
- Fixed Beavertail Prepared for a Booster Hook-Up
- The fixed beavertail is designed for a Booster hook-up, complete with air and electrical connections
-
- Flip-Over Pin-On Neck Extension for a Jeep
- The trailer can be pulled by a truck alone or can be hooked up to a Jeep with neck extended
-
- Front Fenders and Mudflaps on Fixed Neck
- Fenders and mudflaps are standard equipment
-
- Guide Pin Pockets
- A pin pocket has been located at the centre of the trailer at the rear. When a pin is inserted in this pocket, it provides a guide when backing the trailer under a booster, keeping it centred and in line with the trailer itself.
-
- Hendrickson HT300 Suspension
- The HT300 suspension with rebound chains features 3/4” wall thickness and an 89.5” track, bringing the wheels out to the full width of the trailer for a stable ride
-
- Outside Bolster Support
- Outside bolsters between wheels are supported between the main beams with a matching full-sized fabricated beam
-
- Premium Fir Wood Flooring
- Premium British Columbia fir has been chosen for the standard 2.5" thick flooring because it has fewer knots, providing the best combination of durability, overall weight and cost
-
- Protected Rear Lighting
- Lights at rear of trailer are mounted below the level of the beavertail and are protected by a thick flange above the lightbox. The air and electrical connections are also recessed below ramp level, protecting them from potential damage.
-
- Removable King Pin
- The king pin has a large handle on the top, making it easy to move it to another position
-
- Smooth Transition from Beavertail to Deck
- Beavertail main rail is designed to allow tracked equipment to break over onto the deck sooner without “crashing” forward, resulting in safer, more controlled loading
-
- Tandem and Tri-Drive Options
- A short neck with two king pin positions is coupled with a 25’ working deck. A long neck with three king pin positions is coupled with a 23 1/2’ working deck.
-
- Wide-Load "D" Sign
- The wide-load sign is removable for loading cargo and can be placed on the trailer as shown or moved to the Booster when it is added to the rear of the trailer
-
-
Options
-
- Enclosed Wheel Wells
- Enclosed wheel wells are available on the first 2 axles
-
- Three-Bar Winches
- Winches can be added along each side of the trailer as additional load securement
-
